A Legacy by Sybille Bedford. 1974 Ecco press edition, second printing, 368 pages (c/r 1956).Tells of the conflict between two families before World War I. Bedford was an autofiction writer before it called that, and was friend of the Huxleys, who helped her leave Europe during World War II. 

Condition: Good. Crease on front cover and spine, inscription on half title pages.
